Finally some humane progress for the Guantanamo detainees. In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court has struck down the Bush Administrations assertion that detainees have zero rights in U. S. courts. The possibility of Blackwater falling into the Bush definition of unlawful combatant seems to have some legs among legal experts. If this turns out to be true then members of Blackwater will be no different then the detainees being held in Guantanamo Bay.
