Amen there. Bush and Obama are brothers under the skin.They both are slick presenters off the teleprompter – and when it wears off what is left isn’t pretty. They Gave Us a Republic has a good recent post by Blue Girl ( nothing unusual ) on this. drinking liberally in new milford has been posting hard on this topic for a while and runs an RSS auto-feedback utility for link reciprocity. Clapso, there is this weaning process that our politicians are engaged in right now. These big babies are so dependent on that lobby tit that they are in total panic about loosing it. Its called separation anxiety. Is this administration a strong enough parent to make these icons of American misinformation to make them grow up and eat solid food? That’s what I’m waiting to see. Lobbyists are the big mamas of this country, not out elected representatives. That’s the first lesson our starry eyed first timers in Washington learn.
I’m pretty sure Obama was not totally prepared for the absolute power these big mamas wield. Lets see if the children are ‘healthy’ enough to grow up and cut those strings to big pharma and big medical conglomerate profiteers.

There is only one way to fix what’s wrong with our health care system. That is a single payer plan! The single payer bill hr 676 has been stuck in committee for YEARS. It already has over 80 co-sponsors but is being held in committee by the dirty dem leadership.

To hell with the filthy repubs! The only way they can have a comeback is if statusQUObama and the dirty dem leadership continue to erode their own base with failures such as this rotten “down payment” health care plan, continuation and escalation of the disaster of a war, etc.

It’s put up or shut up time for the obamapoligists! Either they can prove statusQUObama is giving us “change we can believe in” or they must admit statusQUObama is a failure and stop supporting him.

I think it is a good idea to start manipulating or arranging our health card, we have nothing to lose on this and it is still good for our health and nothing to do with some politics issue.
