Cindy McCain; Palin Has National Security Experience Because Alaska Is Near Russia
H/T Huffington Post:
Asked about Palin’s national security experience, Cindy McCain could not come up with anything beyond the fact that, after all, her state is right next to Russia.
“You know, the experience that she comes from is, what she has done in government — and remember that Alaska is the closest part of our continent to Russia.”
I wonder if Palin looked into Putin’s eyes as she gazed across the Bering Strait.
Priceless!

Poor Cindy.
She recently broke her rightwing. Maybe she hit her head too?

Cindy must be flying in circles with a concussion.

On a side note, back in the late eighties, we had an illegal immigrant enter the US; he walked across the Bering Strait when it was frozen. _One_. It was so rare, he became a local celebrity of sorts, was featured in all the papers and was a guest speaker at many Anchorage schools.
Of course, I’m sure he paved the way for all his friends. I’m sure Palin has had her hands full fighting the influx of snowshoe-wearing Russian ninjas who threaten our national security.

Hilarious. I suppose Bush could have made the same statement since we border Mexico.Just another dumb GOP talking point.
I wonder if Chertoff knows about the snowshoe-wearing Russian ninjas who threaten our national security.
Watch off Russia could annex Alaska.
