Where does it allow a President to make up facts to extort compliance with war for oil under many made up names. Leftist Stupidity is what started this nation. Freedom from extortion by leaders. Freedom from taxation without representation. Freedom from religious persecution. Freedom is a liberal concept ... we are so stupid that we created a country that encourages liberal thought. The USA has been slowly turned back into the absolute monarchy we revolted against in the 1700s. So, again, please show me where this precedent is set LEGALLY, that someone we call COMMANDER IN CHIEF, is allowed to create a JUNTA.
