I think you're right, it would be the best option, with the winner of the most pledged delegates at the end of the primary season getting the top spot. Whether the respective egos and other forces in play here (superdelegates) allow this to happen, however? Another story.

I know a guy who had oliver north's old job in the clinton white house. He was hired despite the fact he was a republican. Clinton wanted someone who would could give a perspective from the other side of the aisle. While he thought the Pres. was a person who tended to change his mind with each policy paper he read he felt HRC wsa a perosn with a mind like a steel trap. He said she was a likable and very professional person.. considering he was a professional soldier, a tank commander in the 1st Gulf war, and a repulican I think this says alot about HRC as a person.

This would be a great ticket! At this point, I kind of feel like there's no choice, due to so much divison in our party.

So true Tito, If these two can quit picking 'nits' and stay on focus, they would be unbeatable. They represent the 'yen/yang' of politics. A true balance of idealism, practicality and muscle packaged to bring America back before it is totally lost. Democracy needs a team! What a team they would be.

I think it makes a lot of sense - much more than either candidate with Edwards, Richardson, Clark, or Biden. Personally I think the stronger ticket is Obama/Clinton, but I can see either one beating McCain
