Bush Can’t Help Himself

He took the opportunity to issue a new warning to arch foe Iran, after a weekend naval face-off between the two countries.
Mr Bush threatened Iran with “serious consequences” if it attacked US warships, saying “all options” were on the table to protect US assets.
Iran has responded that US doctored the event. Iran’s video [see here], aired by Iran’s Press TV satellite station, gave an entirely different version of Sunday’s incident, which happened in the Strait of Hormuz. Now the Navy admits the voices could have come from shore …
Clarifying US intentions towards Iran somewhat, Bush told the Israelis on Wednesday that “the NIE report may have sent a signal to some that the U.S. doesn’t think that Iran is a threat. I have said Iran is a threat and Iran will be a threat if the international community doesn’t come together to prevent it from getting a nuclear weapon.”
Bush takes every opportunity he can to poke the hornets nest. His rhetoric of threats against Iran leave very little room for real diplomacy. Bush is trying very hard to provoke a clear incident to justify striking Iran. So far, Iran has taken Bush Teasers in stride. Ahmadinejad must be snickering in the political background, because Bush is so transparent in his efforts. But, US and Israel have hair triggers that are itching for any excuse to ‘make my day’.

I feel respect for the professionalism of those ship captains there in the Humaz, they have more self control and understanding of protocal then bush does. They understand consequence better than the Idjit in cheif does. Its a shame to see our military so mis used. And yes the silver spooned moron has the diplomatic sense the goddess gave a tree. He would love to an attack before the elections..for god’s sake even clinton capitalized on the event.. Pathetic. .All i know is its clear Clinton will use any trick in the book to get the votes she wants. Play the fear card, the gender card and the big money machine card.
We seriously need new people in the White House and the LESS so called experience THE BETTER !

and the timing of the events..and when the MSM runs the news..so much manipulation its ORWELLIAN.. We get no truth. NONE off the mind controlling TV even msnbc runs the election like a damn football game..maybe worse at least occassionally the sportscasters tell the viewers some of the rules of football etc. Here we have a process more complicated than duplicate bridge and NOT a word about the patch work of primaries , what delagate counts mean..nothing to help the people to understand the wildly complex system..OF course the MSM wants us to think its all over..and its barely begun. – sorry to go off topic.. And yes how do we even know those little boats weren’t our own CIA – or in the case of the GAS how do we know that wasn’t just to up the drama..etc.
