Blogs For John Edwards Nov 16
PunditMom at MOMocrats writes about Edwards Chosen as the “Un-Hillary” This week, John Edwards received another endorsement from a group in Iowa. But it wasn’t the endorsement, so much, that made the news. The characterization of that endorsement has gotten a bit more play. According to a quote in the news reports, the group’s executive director said their decision to endorse Edwards came down to “courage versus caution.”

Mythsaje at DemocraticUnderground writes about John Edwards in Edwards Is A big Fat Poopy Head ; “I’m flat tired of some of the hypocritical, low-rent astroturf being posted daily about the Edwards campaign and his positions on the issues. Since entering the race he’s been staunchly pro-labor and against the corporatist DC insiders who are currently running things on both sides of the aisle. As much as certain people would like to paint him as some sort of flip flopper, he hasn’t changed his positions one iota since throwing his hat into the ring.
NYTexan at BlueBloggin writes “John Edwards like Al Gore, understands the need for America to participate and take action on global warming. I haven’t found any of the other democratic candidates state that they would take aggressive action against oil companies, gas companies, power companies and the lobbyists. Once again John Edwards gets the bigger picture.” in Edwards Addresses Global Warming

I have all of the these blogs bookmarked for a read.
This is a comment I left at LM at the end of a thread on last night’s debate:
“I went into the debate hoping for an Edwards slamdunk, but it appears that others feared this as well and set a stage to prevent it.
My motivation is to stop the HRC machine and prevent a slightly bluer version of the Neo Plan continuing to direct our government after we are finally rid of the most shameful and murderous and oppressive administration this country has ever known.
In Edwards I see the one person capable not only of beating HRC, but with potential to restore decency and honor to my broken country.
For me, deciding on John Edwards to support in the primaries and hopefully in the general election isn’t just an anti-Hillary vote. Of the choices before me, he is the one I see as most capable. My enthusiastic vote for him will be with a clear conscience and filled with the hope of his possibilites.”

I am so behind Edwards and the principles he is running on.
On the debate, the heckling of Edwards and Obama when they said anything against Hillary is being talked about a lot today. Pundits a asking and looking into plants, planed clapping for her and overall unbalanced support in the audience for Hillary. Clinton’s campaign might have some splain to do For once the pundits are on the right track.

Well, nyt, HRC’s campaign has experience with deception. They got caught when they planted phony reporters to ask her softball questions. It isn’t a stretch to connect this type of sham to the CNN audience last night and to CNN itself, especially when Blitzer made not even one comment to the audience about their biased behavior.
And we’re not the only ones who are calling this out.

Blitzer is probably hoping to be her press secretary.
It’s interesting that Blizter was specifically asked the day before if he was going to protect or have the guy be gentle with HRC. Answer no!
I think people were smelling a rat before the sham debate happened.

Last week there was a story that CNN had instructed Blitzer not to go after Clinton as Russert had done in the previous debate. This story didn’t mean much to me until last night and then I realized this was probably a planted story meant to deflect criticism from Wolf after we all watched him stage her “comeback.”
No where is this, his shill for her, more obvious than him insisting on a Yes/No answer to his question about illegal immigrant drivers licenses. In spite of her previous statements, she gave her NO forcefully, that is was not for granting such licenses, and Blitzer had absolutely no followup to her abrupt about face on this issue.
I don’t know if Blitzer is looking for a job in her administration or to simply advance the causes of AIPAC or to have a job in her administration so that he can more effectively advance the causes of AIPAC.
Whatever is the truth of Wolf Blitzer, he is a traitor to to the profession of journalism and, perhaps, to the Untited States of America.

damn fingers.
…In spite of her previous statements, she gave her NO forcefully, that *she was not for granting such licenses…

Mirth:
I think your statements about Wolfe is becoming very clear to many in the media especially MSNBC. I would love for CNN/Clinton exposed just like Fox/Rudy was earlier this week.
I too didn’t not pay much attention to the Wolfe protection claims before the debate. But now I think who ever brought it up was onto something and should keep after it.
Yes/No answers are BS in debates. This is not an interview.
Don’t worry about fingers. I generally have little kitten paws helping me. Their spelling is horrible.
