This regime uses our laws, and Constitution as if it were a menu from a Chinese restaurant..they pick and choose and ask for substitutions as it suits them.. Stating the obvious - this is dangerous, its fascist, its gonna ruin us as a nation - literally. Forgot who said it - but they were not kidding , these maniacs do make their own reality and hide behind the unitary executive theory and executive priviledge..I am still pissed that Cheney is allowed to get away with his secret energy policy meetings....Where the hell are the "statesmen" are there no constitutional scholars in the congress..on C span you can see them wave their pocket copies around..but no one is implementing it...
