Agreed Jaime, because Islam has been in charge of it’s corner of the world for so long, any incursion by any of it’s siblings truly must be threatening. When charismatic Imams rally their flocks into revengeful feeding frenzies, anyone in the way gets trampled, even their own. Charismatic Christian Ev-Angelists are equally guilty of forcing their congregations into a ‘hard core dominionist’ frenzy to create a theocracy (just like Israel & Muslim Countries). With all this destructive energy no one is safe. Charismatic Rebes and Rabbis stir their flocks into paranoid frenzy by repeating the history of abuse, persecution and Diasporas to reinforce the Zionist cause.
I cannot isolate Islam as the sole perpetrator of this insanity. The whole family of Abraham has lost its way, if not its collective mind.

The truth of the matter is that mob mentality was instigated by these very holy men acting as “prophets of God” (aka evil men), and followed suit by their alleged messengers and followers.

What’s really baffling and truely stupefied is the relentless claim and unforgiving beleif of today’s “intelligent men” that these ancient “holy men” became special envoys and advocates of the unimaginable fathomless One and Only Creator of Universe in caves visited by yet other special forces or bodyguards of God called “angels” carrying direct absolute orders without any witnessess or evidence whatsoever, LOL????? Thenceforth, all idolworshipping rituals, so-called godly laws and gibberish fairytale claims became more intense, written down in book form and from generations up until today, further twisted, manipulated and subjugated upon others to reinforce ones agenda for the purposes of creed and greed. What is even more pathetic that when children and innocent people are taught and subjected (often enforced) to such foolishness and sufferings. This is religion and Islam has become the Master of all religions.

Thank you Jaime. Islam is just the youngest of Abraham’s kids. Islam, like Christianity, has ‘holy men’ who only quote the parts of the Quran that reinforce their frustrations and anxieties. The bible has passages that are equally inflammatory. Christianity is just as guilty of the same mindless rhetoric. There are always those who prefer mob mentality over actually thinking for themselves. Islam and Christianity are the alike with this behavior. Unfortunately, Judaism is becoming as radical as it’s younger siblings. Now you have Christianity and Judaism together aggravating Islam and reinforcing its most destructive side. Charismatics have turned these once great religions into cults.
It is sad to focus on the negative side of these religions when all three of them have/had so much to offer, if taken as a whole.
This trio of religions has gotten out of hand, taken themselves too seriously and slid toward the dark side of their fairy tales. They are bent on enabling their sacred Armageddon myth to become reality. I see this as a most egregious insult to humanity. Behaving as if they were the elite among the earth’s population, these religions have become cancers on the face of the earth.

With all due respect and certainly so, I’d amend the remarks from “Mecca and Medina” to the “Holy Quran/Hadiths” as being the root of all evil. Nevertheless, when it comes to religious beliefs and fairy tales, Muslims are the worst off. Religion teaches absurdities and anyone who has the power to make you believe absurdities has the power to make you commit injustices; Islam is such a power.

Oh my dear Buddhist, is that really how you feel, or what you’ve been taught to feel? Your words do not sound at all like Buddhism. You must be one of those naughty ’sons of Abraham’ who are taught that yours is the only true way to heaven and every one else is an infidel … or that Jesus wants to send you to hell because you haven’t been baptized. Then again, maybe you feel that all the uncircumcised must die because they are a threat to god’s law. What’s all this behavior that ‘your god is better than my god’ or their god? If all these gods and prophets are so pissed off, let them duke it out and leave the rest of us alone. While you’re at it, you missed a few holy places to nuke … Armageddon will arrive in its own sweet time with or without your help.

please dont get this world in yo mess anymore. please try to have some knowledge about the religion before u embark to utter extreme words about it.
have you ever studied about islam or our prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Islam is the complete code of life, its complete code of life. its the way to success here and hereafter (not about hgetting 72 virgins in heaven) we muslim are contempt with even a single marital relation in this world and know to respect a womens modesty. Islam is all about respecting your elders giving them highest of respect of all in this worldly affairs that is quite contrary to western civilizations. remember it is individual, not the whole community that needs to be blamed for a particular action. i wont blame all americans for this hatred but it people like you who r responsible for present day situaion of world.by nature every human being like good,its environment that shapes u in certain unacceptable forms. i would suggest you to meet someone moderate who can guide u right way. Have mercy on you.
if you experience islam your all frusrations will vanish. you ll fel the real difference.Because life is for a reason to spread peace, and peace comes from loving humanity irrespective of religion, color, language, money,geography. This world must be made by someone like everything is, and that is only ALLAH tabarak wa taAllah.
