FBI Raids Senator Ted Stevens Home
Do the scandals ever stop? It doesn’t matter if they’re a democrat or a republican; the simple fact is politicians are completely out of control.
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Agents from the FBI and Internal Revenue Service on Monday searched the home of U.S. Sen. Ted Stevens, an official said.
Investigators arrived at the Republican senator’s home in Girdwood shortly before 2:30 p.m. Alaska time, said Dave Heller, FBI assistant special agent.
Heller said he could not comment on the nature of the investigation.
The Justice Department has been looking into the seven-term senator’s relationship with a wealthy contractor as part of a public corruption investigation.

How long until Fox News’ ticker says “Sen. Ted Stevens (<b>D</b> – AK) under investigation”. Hell, for all I know, they’ve probably tried it already.
I agree with you though. When Nancy Pelosi was slow to act on William Jefferson, she got one of the nastiest letters I’ve ever sent.
I don’t think indictments and investigations scare some of these folks. They just feel “entitled”. I think what needs to happen is that some of these crooked Senators meet Guido and Lefty on the way to their car some night, and they get their knee-caps busted out with a baseball bat. Not that I advocate that, but if that sort of thing happened to one crooked bastard a week for the next couple of months, some people might come to Jesus right quick.

LOL.. Fox News. By Fox misrepresenting the party of a Senator or Rep is so typical of their crooked reporting, but what I find most stunning is that Fox believes their audience is so stupid that they would not catch onto the Fox propaganda (error, in their little brain).
Pelosi should have jumped all over Jefferson. It just shows that the swamp only gets drained for some.
