Pakistan’s Supreme Court has ordered that a couple jailed for perjury in a row over the husband’s sex should be released on bail, their lawyers say. The couple say they are man and wife, but the Lahore high court ruled last month that the husband was, in fact, a woman, despite sex-change surgery.
Shumail Raj, 31, had sex-change surgery to become a man and then married Shahzina Tariq, 24, a cousin.

The judgement of the high court has been suspended and the Supreme Court has ordered their release 
She was aware of his condition but says she needed his help to avoid being forced into wedlock with someone else.
The couple originally sought the protection of the courts but were arrested last month after the bride’s family questioned whether Raj was a man.
Judges in Lahore jailed the couple for three years and fined them 10,000 Pakistani rupees ($165).
They found that the couple had lied about Raj’s sexual status and said their marriage was un-Islamic because it was same-sex.
Ms Tariq’s family wants to annul the wedding on the grounds that it is against Islam for two women to marry.
But the couple argue that they married to protect the bride from being sold into marriage to pay off her uncle’s gambling debts.
Ms Tariq says they are not homosexuals and they married because they are in love.

It takes more balls to be gay or transexual in any Islamic country than it does to pack a car full of bombs and run to the market …
Watch closely how Musharraf handles this appeal.

let me ask u a quetion buddies.if all the men ll be gays and all the womens ll be lesbions then what ll happen. NO CHILD. u may think its not possible. but think a sec. why lesbions or gay people
are not like other normal persons.(ok straight persons).because they found it more erotic and sex stimulating.and mostly those have homosexual experience even once in thier life become homo or partialy or at least they discovers it more erotic.(i m talkin about people those had experience at
least one time in their life).this means this prefrence can spread.it is just like people prefer eating tasty thing other than an ordinary.and if u think that its not possible that all the people would find it more erotic after experiencing it.so people usually have same taste.why the majority of the people like the taste of a pizza? why most of people prefer eating pizza then that of a boiled egg? simple they find it more tasty. so this means people usually have same taste or like taste. so this points us that also it can happen that people ll become homo-sexual
finding it more satisfactory. if it ll happen surely there ll not be any regeneration. we all know that it ll be disastrous.so i dont think it is a bad thing to pass a law to avoid an aftermath like that. so in my opinion this law of islam, or christianty is quite convensing.

Whether lesbians or gays are normal is in the eye of the beholder. There is a higher power that will judge whether they are gay by design or by choice. As humans, it is none of our business.
The Children of Abraham do not have any higher standing in god’s eyes than anyone else. Christians, Muslims or Jews have the responsibility of keeping their own virtue to demonstrate what they believe god wants them to be. But, when Abraham’s Children try to claim they know what is in god’s heart, they are fooling themselves and hurting god’s other children. Relying on the words of a revered prophet, whether it is Mohammad or Jesus, has proved to be too vague a guide to apply to anyone else. There is no heavenly mandate to harm those who follow other paths. True believers have their hands full living their own life according to the law as delivered by the prophets.

You must remember that gay men and women are not gay by choice they are generally born that way…..in other words allah made them that way (maybe he made a mistake ,,like it was late on a friday afternoon!!)
those that experiment with gay sex and enjoy it good for them thats another story.
One must remember that islam has shunned this gay and transgender issue for centuries…even sayiduna muhammed addressed this issue in a round about way.
the bottom line is that the ullama of the muslem world are too afraid to look at this issue which is alive a needs attention. the shia ullama on the other hand have looked at it from a transgendered angle.
Im sorry but i must say that islam like christianity has failed its good followers here.its just not good enough to banish gay and lesbian people…they are human beings. do you remeber Joan of Arch????

er esquse.. bur Iran the goverment wiill pay for you to have a sex change and even give you 5000pounds which is a lot of money over there… to set up a busness because most people family will not understand.. so all these f mason n jew counrtys dont follow islam!
pakistan like indian film n indian film songs . there children dont know were a verse came down from Quran or what the story realted to the event is !!! but there children do know the indian film and which song is with which film ??? so they are left saying they hate the indians but worship them ! so in return courupt people get courrupt leaders !!! they r happy in there ways . Iran on the other hand on thursdau n friday night 100,000 nz people come n pray all together…

the down side is u still cant be gay or les u can be a str8 man or a str8 woman. $ some very rare case the dna is of the oppersite sex, and there are also other variations…
so people who do good r good 4 good, n people who do bad give there side to the bad they to its all good… but those who sit there and just watch are the worse! They are not worth good or not even worth bad… so they are worthless….
